Vodafone without doubt the worst network for everything especially customer service.Spent 1h6mins before someone even bothered to answer a phone and when they did it was a waste of time due to lack of interest and common sense shown by avoidafone.Wouldnt care if this deal was free I still wouldn't have it and for anyone else thinking about it DONT :disappointed:

I think it's a different experience for everyone...I've had the best customer service and network service with them over O2 and even EE who I previously had a contract with prior to joining Vodafone...For my location,the network is continously stable and can even pick up a signal 2 floors below ground at my work car park (which the previous 2 networks couldnt)....they also seem to throw in better deals through retention imo.

Agree, absolutely horrendous, customer service unable to resolve anything which is not on their script. I was given the run around for months before raising a complaint with the Ombudsman, got £60 for the hassle and left. Will never return.

EE are even worse. The call centre staff outwardly lie and the in-store staff will usually just tell you to call the call centre.

Vodafone aren't for everybody for sure. I've been with them on and off for 10 years and never had an issue.
