I bought this monitor for video editing at £200 recently but for this price its actually quite a bargain as normal 4K monitors sell for £250+
Also for a 4K IPS display with 4ms input delay, its actually very impressive.
Notes.
1. Monitor is actually 23.6"
2. Display port puts out full 60hz at 4K resolution.
3. Includes speakers
4. Has VESA mount.
5. DVI, HDMI, Display Port input options.

Rubbish.
Your just re-spouting a comment you've read on a TV thread. when sitting in front of a PC monitor its easy to see the difference between a FHD and 4k image.

Then why have phones with 1080p/2K screens. I can tell you there is a big difference at 24".

No point in 4k at this size.

I've been looking at Ebuyer's bricks and mortor store at these on display.
Oh wait, no I didn't and no they don't. Customer returns, not ex display

Depends entirely upon how close to the screen one is.

Agreed. I've seen 4k at various sizes, and 24" is just ridiculous. The average user really doesn't need that kind of pixel density. Maybe if you really need to see each pixel, like video/graphic work. I've seen 4k at 65" and even then you don't notice the pixels from a few feet away.

actually the higher the resolution the closer you can get without noticing loss of quality so even though the size of the monitor is smaller there will still be a noticeable difference and naturally you will be right in front of the screen so you will especially notice.

I wonder why it's so hard to find a definitive answer on whether this is a 60hz panel? It's not on the data sheet or the specs, and all I can find on google is forum posts. Why wouldn't they list this?
I'm just always wary of low cost 4k Panels since Dell put out that 30hz one a year or two back.

It puts out full 4k 60hz through the display port.

Well compare a 1080p/2K screen at 5 inches with a 720p device also at 5 inches and trust me you will see a difference.

Exactly and that is why a PC monitor should have high resolution like they always have had in the past. Because you sit close to it. Whereas a TV sits much further, a higher resolution is only required if the screen size is increased.
