Long 0% period for balance transfers with barclaycard for a fairly low fee of 2.54%.
The £27.27 cashback via TCB will also hopefully offset the fee for most too. I got this deal a while ago and it tracked & paid with no issues whatsoever.
Remember to clear debts or set a reminder to shift again before the 37 months end though or you'll be hit with huge interest repayments. 37 months is a long time and most won't keep the same calendar, diary or phone for the full period - I set a yearly reminder in my phone with how long I have left just so I don't forget when the rate jumps up!
Mine paid out no problem with barclaycard - did you raise a claim? Wish I could say the same for the £202 I was due for signing up with talk talk :/

Also fee is 2.19% for the same card direct. Still better with this is cash back tracks unless your transferring a large balance.

Obviously. Apparently Barclay can just declined it and cashback people cannot do much about it, although I was assured we do monitor all claims for our customer but unfortunately can't help any further in this matter. Useless!

Same with most lenders sadly. I was in the same position a few years ago but managed to get a card from my bank just for the purpose of building my score. From there managed to get mortgage, cards, etc as needed but I 100% agree its always best to pay by debit where possible!

Checked my credit scoring the only negative I have is I don't have a credit card hence why I wanted to get one, I may just pop in to my bank and speak to someone. Banks are just looking how to make as many interest as possible but with people managing their finance well we are a bad business for them
