Is this a misprice? They are charging £35 more from the China warehouse with all the drawbacks ordering from there entails. Guaranteed no customs and fast delivery from the eu warehouse. Potential downside is limited 4G, I guess?

Don't buy anything from this place. Ordered a tablet on the 16/11/15, payment taken on 16/11/15 its now 05/12/15 and the order is still just sat at "processing". I have contacted them and they say they don't actually have the item in stock, i asked to change to a different tablet, they said no and closed my case. They now won't respond to emails. Avoid at all costs.

Sorry to hear that but from my own experience 8 items ordered over the last 6 months and not one problem with exception of slow-ish delivery (all ordered from China warehousewhereas this is the eu warehouse so should be quicker). And I've always orered by paypal just in case.

I never paid for express shipping and waited 5weeks for delivery. Still came and absolutely love my phone. Every time I mailed for help they responded.
If you buy from China, you expect a long delivery unless you pay for it.

I have the same problem at the moment with them, though have had good service in the past. Now gone to a Paypal claim as no response from them.
Having said that, thing from the UK warehouse tend to be delivered promptly and can be price significantly cheaper than the China/HK warehouses on occasion.

the problem with this phone is the standard mi4 with snapdragon 801 is far better for similar money.plus better build quality also.the mi4c with the snapdragon 808 is also a lot better.and very little extra cost.the redmi note 2 is also better.

You have missed the point. A lot of orders do go through OK. The problem with Gearbest is when they don't. At that point you get ignored and don't get a refund without resorting to Paypal and sometimes even with Paypal you can be unsuccessful. I hope you continue to be lucky.

Ordered items from eu warehouse on two occasions and both times delivered within 2-3 working days from order date. I would happily order again from them. I haven't tried ordering anything from China though.

Same here, I've places numerous eu orders and quite a few Chinese warehouse orders, the Chinese orders have usually taken from 7 days to 3 weeks to arrive

I paid for British express (£1.80) on my last china warehouse phone and it was delivered within 5 days of ordering (Ordered Saturday came Thursday). It came by Yodel. Brilliant delivery time considering it came that far. Never had problems in the few times i used them.

have you ever had to try getting something fixed? Forget it.
I'm not saying don't use them for cheap stuff, but just accept that if the item you buy fails then you just have to bin it. Their support is pretty much non existent.
