Pre-orders for digital versions of Tom Clancy's The Division are up on the Xbox websites and the cheapest options are from Argentina. Link goes to a general Division page and the links for each edition are lower down the page.
Standard version includes the game for $549 which is roughly £27.35. You also get the Hazmat outfit/kit and beta access.
The Gold Edition including the season pass is also up at $699 which coverts to £34.82. Gold Edition includes the game, season pass, a beta code and the Hazmat and National Guard outfits/kits.
I've updated the prices to reflect the favourable exchange rate.

Confirmed works with VyprVPN.
I think the step I had most issues with when using the guide is how to use Revolut - for anyone needing to understand the conversion you just need to have sufficient £ in your account and the conversion is automatic.
I've found that only 3 pieces of key information are needed from e.g. Argentina, pick a random state, a post code and telephone number, all of which are easy to find examples of on Google.
I admit it's a grey area, but if it's not against ToS and clearly works I say why not save £45 on a game here that's £80 (where is the fairness M$?!).
I got the gold edition for £40 from the Colombian store earlier as I'm already set up to buy from there, quite happy with that price as it's £80 on the UK store!
Heat added for this, they really need to look at the prices on the UK store.

Colombia's the next cheapest, also set up for there myself on Xbox.com, VPN and Revolut.
Great to get a game and pass all-in for the normal cost of a game!
£54.99 and £79.99 are the UK Xbox site prices.

It was only tricky the first time. Easier after that. Anything that's worthwhile, needs a bit of work.
Much easier on my phone than on a PC as well. Here's my quick guide for Colombia, but I hear that you change the server you connect with to Chile when buying from Argentina:
Used Android phone, downloded the 'Unlimited VPN' app from Google Play.
Connected via that to a server in nearby South American country as mentioned above.
Went on foreign Xbox website, ordered the game and paid via Revolut with enough cash transferred into the account to be safe. (Use code MSE when signing up to get a £5 bonus added).
Received confirmation email from MS.

What hassle? it takes 2 mins to make a revolut account. And don't forget that you get a free £5 added to your account with promo code MSE.
How do you get the extra £5 do you have to deposit £10 first as when i have just registered i didnt get an option?

That's what ChrisUK says and he produced the guide: "Upon sign up, use code MSE for a free £5 (with an initial £10+ top up)."

Yeh, once you actually set up a foreign billing address and card its much easier as you can then just add top up to revolut and pay, will get this and PvZ 2.

If I could add more heat I would!
