Decided to bite. I have this on PC, but will be a nice entry into MMOs for my son on his new Xbox.

I would point you to the long-running thread (that was created before you became a member here) where many members had relayed their own personal issues with The Hut/Zavvi (& associated Companies), but it was removed by the site's Moderators & they refuse to return it (claiming they cannot find it!).
