The madness lol I delete some of my comments as zavvi may be watching . Normally easy to cancel and staff I have bought I received quick but there acting like shopto today .That crazy mate they wouldn't let you cancel yet days later still not dispatched . Must admit thou atleast all I have to do is take to a collect point so all is good now . I know I shouldn't order and cancel but normally zavvi are easy to cancel .

They wouldn't let me and despite emailing them straight after too they still wouldn't, they got back and said I'd have to return it once it arrived, and it still took like a day or two to even be dispatched.

I want to go mental I get if its processing but I I bet tomoz is will still be processing . Amazon once I couldn't cancel but I was at thought and understand .

I don't doubt people have had problems. It's always the way - some people find certain companies fine, others don't. For me Zavvi are good.

Normally takes days for dispatch and the day I order wrong item and try cancel there saying I cant mental . Must amdit I got just cause 3 in two day as ordered a day after release .

I would point you to the long-running thread (that was created before you became a member here) where many members had relayed their own personal issues with The Hut/Zavvi (& associated Companies), but it was removed by the site's Moderators & they refuse to return it (claiming they cannot find it!).

Never had a problem with deliveries from Zavvi, quite impressed really.

Alternate merchant (yes, I know as many people dislike GAMEdigital as they may dislike The Hut Group)...
