Price includes delivery. This is Amazon Italy, not a market seller.
I don't think it's been as cheap as this. £309.10 is using Amazon to do the currency conversion. Possibly cheaper if you use your credit cards conversion and if don't have a foreign currency transaction charge.
Black one is about 15 euros more.

We should start a support group for wannabe Note 4 owners who are a bit tight

After reading the comments about packages being interfered with, I decided to pay about six euros extra for fast delivery in the hope that the less hands the package passed through the better. The tracking showed that my parcel was sent by air from Italy to UK. It arrived yesterday with no signs of tampering and the contents perfect.
It says on the outside of the box " European SIM Card only" and the Model Number is SM-N910F. Inside the phone, underneath the battery, is a label which says "Samsung, Yateley, GU46 6GG, UK. As you've noticed, the price for the white model has dropped today to 424.90 euros so I emailed Amazon.it and they have just given me a gift card for the price difference (I paid 439). A refund would have been nice but I appreciate that it is a goodwill gesture not an entitlement.
With regard to warranty, I researched this a little before I ordered and found the following information on the Samsung UK website:
Consumers who are using a product in a country in the European Economic Area and Switzerland (“Europe”) which was first purchased in another country in Europe can obtain warranty services. The period of the warranty and the warranty service provided will be those of the country in Europe where the warranty claim is made.
So long as you purchased a European model withinEurope, you can obtain warranty and service in the UK, exactly the same as if you had purchased in the UK.

The question should be will you actually get one delivered?
I didn't, instead I got a Braun Baby Ear Thermometer - luckily they refunded and told me to keep the thermometer - I guess they know what's going on! Others have reported packages being lost and missing phones in the box.
Do you feel lucky ?

Even with fast delivery, the total cost is 430.14 euros, which works out at £302 so the price is even better than you have quoted! Obviously depends how you pay and the exchange rate at the time but with my Clarity card, the 444.01 euros I paid, converted to £311.66 (now confirmed).

I'm having trouble finding the black one as sold by amazon.it.
Could someone please help with a direct link to the black one?
Much appreciated Dark Soilder - unfortunately, I'm it's not the black version as sold by Amazon.it themselves. The one you've pointed to is an alternative seller.
If anyone can help me find the black one - as sold by amazon.it directly - I would be most grateful.
Stonking deal.

Nah you're right, apologies. I just checked and the black isn't sold by Amazon.it at the moment by the looks of it.

This is what I got a few weeks ago ...
The weight of the package almost matches the boxed weight of a Note 4 - so someone was very clever in defeating Amazons dispatch weight checker. Package looked completely normal - no signs of any tampering. There was even a Lithium ION battery sticker on the back.
Pulled the standard serrated Amazon seal off and was greeted by smiling Baby !!!
