Price includes delivery. This is Amazon Italy, not a market seller.
I don't think it's been as cheap as this. £309.10 is using Amazon to do the currency conversion. Possibly cheaper if you use your credit cards conversion and if don't have a foreign currency transaction charge.
Black one is about 15 euros more.

After reading the comments about packages being interfered with, I decided to pay about six euros extra for fast delivery in the hope that the less hands the package passed through the better. The tracking showed that my parcel was sent by air from Italy to UK. It arrived yesterday with no signs of tampering and the contents perfect.
It says on the outside of the box " European SIM Card only" and the Model Number is SM-N910F. Inside the phone, underneath the battery, is a label which says "Samsung, Yateley, GU46 6GG, UK. As you've noticed, the price for the white model has dropped today to 424.90 euros so I emailed Amazon.it and they have just given me a gift card for the price difference (I paid 439). A refund would have been nice but I appreciate that it is a goodwill gesture not an entitlement.
With regard to warranty, I researched this a little before I ordered and found the following information on the Samsung UK website:
Consumers who are using a product in a country in the European Economic Area and Switzerland (“Europe”) which was first purchased in another country in Europe can obtain warranty services. The period of the warranty and the warranty service provided will be those of the country in Europe where the warranty claim is made.
So long as you purchased a European model withinEurope, you can obtain warranty and service in the UK, exactly the same as if you had purchased in the UK.

However - you're lucky its Amazon.
I can only imagine what some other retailers might try/say, to get out of their responsibilities, given what's been done to you.

The price for this phone is decent, and is the cheapest probably around at the moment. That said, it is a risk ordering from a EU country as £300 or so for this phone is allot of money, and then, you have to worry whether your going to actually get the phone or not and the hassle of chasing Amazon if things go wrong.
This phone has held it's price for a very long time, which is rare in the Samsung phone market, and it's about time retailers started dropping their prices. I hope this Christmas this happens and the retailers begin to sell this phone at a decent price and in around £350 for a 32g one.

Amazon will replace, no questions asked. I doubt someone at Amazon Italy is risking their livelihood for a note 4 (not even a note 5!), and seriously, anyone caught would find the carabinieri calling and Zero job prospects for a very long time (check out Italian unemployment figures).
I have had something like 40-50 deliveries from Amazon.it without any items being 'substituted' or missing.
I may be wrong, but it looks like your baby thermometer was more cockup than crime.
(BTW the lithium battery sticker could be because the thermometer contains one.)

Have to disagree on this - the weight thing is too much of a coincidence.
The battery label - well the Braun box states it uses two ordinary Alkaline AA/LR6 batteries - therefore no need for a Li-ION label. I am convinced this is pilfering at the Amazon warehouse, someone cleverly switched the items - not a cock-up!

Yes, I agree BUT I was burned by Amazon Italy when they sent me an Ear Thermometer instead of a Note 4 - yes they refunded my money bar £2 or so, due to differing currency exchange rates and I was able to keep the thermometer. so it's put me off ordering anything from Amazon Europe again. I've been hoping Amazon UK would drop below £366 but it's not going to happen - the Note 4 is proving far too popular due to Samsung's crippling of their new product line.
They can probably still sell every Note 4 they still make whilst struggling to shift their growing inventory of S6 and Note 5 stock - it's ridiculous to see what Samsung have done to themselves.

This is now really bad - it's just not worth taking the risk with Amazon Italy!
My Braun Ear Thermometer had the nearly the same wieight as a boxed Note 4 - that should tell you something!
Although Amazon will refund, you may still be out of pocket because of the way exchange rates differ when going in either direction. The other more worrying aspect is the suspicion Amazon chalks up against you - it is recorded and too many strikes will mean you account will be deleted. Probably wise to never risk it with Amazon Italy again - hell I'm even worried about ordering from Amazon UK after my escapade with Amazon Italy!

Thanks - I ended up taking a bit of a risk, and ordering a black one from Amazon warehouse Italy for, after the 10% warehouse black friday week discount - 367 euros. I've a Santander zero card so it worked out at 257 quid. I took the risk because it said 'Optimal Condition'. Well, it arrived and there was a 1 inch scratch on the top left of the screen. With a protector on it, it isn't very visible though. Nevertheless, the description wasn't accurate so I got on chat with Amazon.it (which has to be conducted in Italian). I used google translate throughout, explained the situation and got an extra 10% off back to credit card - so all in cost now was £232!
For that I'll live with the scratch, especially as with the brutish case I put on it it's really no longer noticable. The phone came with 5.1.1 - battery life initially was shocking - I used smartswitch from a note 2 without doing a reset first, but a factory reset and restoration of what I really needed from a cloud backup and all seems sorted. Brill!
So now the note 2 goes to my parents - still a fantastic phone today imho too.

Hello, Because the mobile comes from European wholesaler located in Germany. I grant you that this means nothing, since: 1 France is part of the EU to date, February 90% of mobile sold in France come from wholesalers outside French territory since we unfortunately no longer manufacture mobile Almost in France ... Currently have a black note 3, two business style cases (neo hybrid), glass screen protector (brand new unused), O2 powerfast charger, original o2 refresh receipt.
Should I sell up for the note 4. Is it really worth it?
If yes, what price should I sell it for.
Everything is immaculate.
Check eBay and see what they're selling for.
I still want to get a Note 4 and I hope to see a Black £366 one soon from Amazon UK which I hope to buy with my Nationwide card giving me a further £25 off if before 31st Dec.
