Alas no they have to slum it with QHD+ 3200 x 1800
Dual core Broadwell, already out of date, and for £899 !!! only a 128 gb ssd, which are very cheap anyway.
I fail to see why this is a hot deal looking at specs.

I am appalled at the amount of Apple bashing in this deal. Appalled that you all got there before me.

Good reduction in price. It's a shame it's only a 128GB SSD, because my Macbook is struggling with twice that.

can I ask what you use it for? I was thinking 128GB would be enough for me, I wouldn't be storing music or downloading videos or anything. The most memory demanding thing I would need is for some light gaming and I'm trying to figure out if I could get by as I have external storage space for my longer term stuff.

Dont go thinking you can just change the SSD on these, it's soldered in to the motherboads on the retina models.
128GB is ridiculously small.

I've done exactly that and upgraded from 128GB to 512GB, but it was quite expensive.
The SSD is not soldered on, but you will need a pentelobe screwdriver to unscrew it. Also the SSD models for the Early 2015 model Macbook are very rare, older SSDs are either not compatible or much slower so do your research.
There is a youtube video about upgrading the SSD in an Early 2015 macbook pro.
