Depends what you do for a living I guess. Most people sit on their **** in an office for eight hours a day - a sandwich is probably too many calories.
If you work outside for 9-10 hours a day a sandwich probably isn't a proper lunch.
It's almost as though everyone is different - who would've thought?

You could get this price and even better every day....if you make your own
There are stacks of good breads and tasty filling ingredients in supermarkets/shops/markets...every day :wink:
