Just noticed a great SIM only deal on LIFE Mobile through uSwitch on a 30-day rolling contract with no credit check.
Unlimited text, 1500 minutes and 1GB of data for £6.00 per month.
I can't see anyone else offering anywhere close to this amount of value.
3G coverage only, so might not be for everyone, however it’s fine for me as I don’t have 4G in my area yet.
They also have capped contracts and piggyback on the EE network.

Good price signed up last week but made a total hash of my pac took 10 days in all,not happy as they cut of my old no after 1 day so no one could contact me for 10 days .Think this happens if you pack inj from any other ee sim , ie asda ,virgin so be warned, staff very friendly though and answer phone very quickly.

How do you pay is it by Direct Debit, also how do renew after each 30 days.

Yeah I've just ordered it. You pay upfront for the first month as part of the sale and DD each month thereafter.
It automatically rolls each month until you cancel.

I'm with Life on their £5pm tariff and have very mixed feelings. I think my biggest concern is that the only way I seem to be able to check my remaining allowance is to phone up and speak to someone after holding. Their website is normally days out of date (doesn't work with Chrome browser anyway) and they don't have an automated number to check via call/SMS. They apparently have an android app in development but this seems like overkill for what should be very basic functionality.
