Looks great- anyone know how these compare to a much desired kitchen aid mixer??

Bought the Raspberry model 5 years ago and can't fault it. Used at least once every weekend and still looks as new. Not knocking KitchenAid as haven't used one, but when comparing I was slightly put off by some critical internal parts being made of plastic rather than the better quality components in the KMix. Also had a feeling that it would be more difficult / expensive to address any subsequent faults - thankfully no need for servicing or repairs with the Kmix so far. I think it will last for many years, but would buy again without hesitation if ever required.
Hope that helps your decision.

Bought one last year for £200 when Debenhams had them half price. My wife swears by it.
Hotness for sure.

Anyone know if offer is available in all stores? If so, what colours are available?

They had a few in the sunderland store and they weren't on the clearance aisle they were on the front of the electrical aisle as if they were a promotion so could be national.

Bought one from debenhams when it was £180. Can't fault it. Great device. Bit of advice, the one that was advertised on the website was with the flexi beater. It wasn't in the box think it was an earlier model, printed off their web page and Kenwood sent me a new flexi beater free of charge. Bit of faffing with emails but got there in the end. Also use the pasta attachments. Very good quality of these items.

They have them in the Rugby store too

Just remember that this cannot use the standard chef attachments, they are K-Mix specific and there aren't that many of them. There's no power take off on the top, so no liquidiser or food processor etc.
A good price for a mixer, but don't mistake it as competition for a Chef.

I've seen this said on a few K-mix posts. There is a power take off on the front of K-mix mixers. It is covered by a colour coded bezel so you don't really see it in the pictures. You are right that attachments should be made for the K-mix. There is a food grinder and several pasta cutters that attach to the power take off point (or slow speed output as Kenwood calls it)
