Looks great- anyone know how these compare to a much desired kitchen aid mixer??

Bought the Raspberry model 5 years ago and can't fault it. Used at least once every weekend and still looks as new. Not knocking KitchenAid as haven't used one, but when comparing I was slightly put off by some critical internal parts being made of plastic rather than the better quality components in the KMix. Also had a feeling that it would be more difficult / expensive to address any subsequent faults - thankfully no need for servicing or repairs with the Kmix so far. I think it will last for many years, but would buy again without hesitation if ever required.
Hope that helps your decision.

Bought one last year for £200 when Debenhams had them half price. My wife swears by it.
Hotness for sure.

Interested to see if this is just store specific.

They had a few in the sunderland store and they weren't on the clearance aisle they were on the front of the electrical aisle as if they were a promotion so could be national.

Bought one from debenhams when it was £180. Can't fault it. Great device. Bit of advice, the one that was advertised on the website was with the flexi beater. It wasn't in the box think it was an earlier model, printed off their web page and Kenwood sent me a new flexi beater free of charge. Bit of faffing with emails but got there in the end. Also use the pasta attachments. Very good quality of these items.

They have them in the Rugby store too

Just remember that this cannot use the standard chef attachments, they are K-Mix specific and there aren't that many of them. There's no power take off on the top, so no liquidiser or food processor etc.
A good price for a mixer, but don't mistake it as competition for a Chef.

I've seen this said on a few K-mix posts. There is a power take off on the front of K-mix mixers. It is covered by a colour coded bezel so you don't really see it in the pictures. You are right that attachments should be made for the K-mix. There is a food grinder and several pasta cutters that attach to the power take off point (or slow speed output as Kenwood calls it)

Anyone able to tell me the Sainsbury's product code for these? Been waiting for an offer to come up on one, but my local store was hopeless at finding it on their system without a code.

Anyone who has bought or seen one able to tell me the specific store they saw them in? Sunderland, Rugby and Edinburgh have all been mentioned but there's multiple in each of those areas. My nearest store is an hour away, but they supposedly don't have them. Called their main customer service line but they couldn't find them on the system at all.

Rugby - Dunchurch Road store. The staff would have to physically go and look for the item, I don't think their systems are typically set up at store level for a computer based stock check (they couldn't check when I've asked previously). Hopefully just saying 'do you have a kenwood kmix in stock on sale for £150?' would suffice

Thanks, don't suppose you know the colours that were on offer do you, or even better have a product code? When I called customer services they could only find the Raspberry one and it was still listed at £400.
Will call a store now though

It was the Edinburgh Murrayfield store and there were around 5 of them on the shelf this morning. I think they were all the green one (possibly called Kiwi?) but am not 100% sure. They were on display at the end of one of the aisles as a special offer, not just mixed in with other electrical items.

If it's any help to anybody the product code is 127087473 for the Woodland Kiwi (green stripes) version. I have got one on hold now, we were told the Carlisle and Blackpool Branches still had some for anyone in the North West.

Huge thanks OP! Managed to pick this up from my local store and after using Nector points the mixer came to a grand total of £69!!!! Absolute bargain! I've never seen the wife so excited and happy!
Only the Woodlands Kiwi was available, not the colour she wanted but at that price you can't complain. Thanks again!
