these are staggering price for FLAD would love to know how they compare to a high end brand considering they are a third of the price

I have the K321 50" and it is exceptional, even my wife commented on how much better it is on HD/UHD than what it replaced (and that cost twice as much, a sony X85 series) and the K321 is the entry level model, this one is higher end

Silly question I'm sure, but what is FLAD?

Promo code comes up as invalid at the checkout. Looks like the BOXING50 code has expired.

The Hisense website says no DLNA. Is that correct?

Ordered the KD-55X8005C from Amazon on a lightning deal yesterday for £599 (see elsewhere in HUKD). I know this is a better TV on pen and paper, but comments from existing owners would be most welcome.
Also, how is the motion handling? Not interested in gaming (input lag not a problem for me) but sports and fast moving actions.

I have had both - the sony wins for SD stuff (just) but hisense beats it in every other way, plus no dodgy android OS!

the code has just worked for me! I really don't know whether to go for this or the LG 49" 4k 3d that's currently on offer at currys for £629

Thanks for that. I rarely if ever watch SD content. How would you rate the HD upscale capabilities between the two models?

both good - the sony is a great panel (awful software though - really..) but I'd choose the hisense all day long. Honest answer. plus it comes with a 2 year warranty
