It's very often on offer for £12 ...and 4L package is not very useful for many people, 5L of Shell fully synthetic for £17(after code) at eurocarparts is much better buy

Similar price. I think for halfords own it's about £15.
To get a trade card, go to the counter and bluff you are a self employed mechanic. Some staff might want evidence, others don't care. If they want evidence, a letterhead and / or business card will do it. You'll also save on chain lube etc
