Was looking to pick this up, but not a fan of the matte screen. Looks really washed out. Otherwise would have taken it as ticks all the other boxes.

Is this really 1080 though?
I was looking at it last week and only PC World/Curry's say it is 1080p. Everywhere else the exact same model is 1366 x 768.
I dont trust that it is full HD.

higher price quoted is obviously rubbish, would never have sold quantities at that price, but at last a basic spec machine at sub £400, and by basic i mean 15.6 inch screen, 1tb hard drive, 8gb ram, i5-5200u cpu, but with a FHD resolution, heat added

i have this. good machine. I found boot up times dramtically reduced after updating the intel graphics driver.

i saw one of these in pc world, the screen is pretty poor to be honested, really blurry and the viewing angles arent great either
