You should be fine. I have GTX 970 Turbo with overclocked i5 4690k, 16gb ram and 4 HDDs and my power usage never exceeds more than 240W, and while browsing system only uses ~100W. Dell's higher end PSU usually have decent enough efficiency, so you can go ahead :smiley:

It's an AMD HD7500, but I'm having issues since upgrading to Win 10 (they do not support my card with Win 10).

Dell's don't over do their power supplies. After I quick check I think yours has 350w. If you buy this card, I would upgrade your power supply at the same time. Something like a Seasonic 430ST 430W for £39.99, as an absolute minimum. If you could get a higher wattage, it would be better in the long term.
