You should be fine. I have GTX 970 Turbo with overclocked i5 4690k, 16gb ram and 4 HDDs and my power usage never exceeds more than 240W, and while browsing system only uses ~100W. Dell's higher end PSU usually have decent enough efficiency, so you can go ahead

Looks good, now change that 970 to a 980 and add a Ti at the end of it and you got yourself a deal my friend.

It's an AMD HD7500, but I'm having issues since upgrading to Win 10 (they do not support my card with Win 10).

Dell's don't over do their power supplies. After I quick check I think yours has 350w. If you buy this card, I would upgrade your power supply at the same time. Something like a Seasonic 430ST 430W for £39.99, as an absolute minimum. If you could get a higher wattage, it would be better in the long term.

This is the one I wanted but was in Currys last night and saw this and couldn't resist a bargain:
I still think 970s and 390s should be cheaper than they are, particularly the 970 with how long its been out, should be more like 210 by now

Just had the side off and it's a 385W PSU. The card is actually an AMD Radeon HD7500, graphics were fine until recently :disappointed:
Also, its a 2 year old XPS 8700, how do I find out if the port? that this new card plugs into is compatible?
Thanks in advance anyone who can help.

It's definitely compatible. All modern computers have PCI-Express slots in them. The only thing worth checking is for 8-pin graphics card power connector. You might need to get an adapter to for your existing 6-pin one. Often enough power adapters come with the GPUs.

Although i posted the Zotac deal myself yesterday, i would pay the extra few quid and buy this. Just for the premium brand and the chance that it should be a better quality card.

While your current PSU might be fine for a year or two, the quality of power output won't be great and could damage the rest of the system if it goes pop. You should generally allow for at least 30% headroom on maximum power draw for lower spec power supplies. Also never go for unbranded.

For everyone that's asking if they can run it, without a decent 500W+ power supply you will risk blowing your pc.

That's what gets me I find it hard to pay the price something was a year ago, especially in the technology game. I feel a bit cheated. That said is there anything exciting on the horizon that could crash prices?
