They hardly gonna **** it off are they ? can you see Apple saying with this tiny 16gb iPad you will be cursing us for not putting a sd slot in it , and you will be forever deleting apps and games to make space , enjoy your device .

This uses the amazon app store and does not easily install the google play store. it also uses a modified version of android. if you arent sure have a quick look at some reviews on youtube.
that said...depending on how confortable you are with computers...
and cyanogenmod is apparently ready or close to ready to load on fire v5 if you want to 'root' this to make it a 'normal' android tablet.
that said this will do most things fine right out of the box...only real downside is that its really set up to consume amazon services and products so all of the menu defaults and options are for amazon specific products (app store, amazon prime streaming etc)

you won't have plenty of space..8 GB is nothing these days..1 movie can take up to 1 GB easily although I haven't downloaded from Amazon store before
you will have to buy extra storage
