I picked up a Inspiron i7 with 2gb graphics and 1tb hybrid hard drive (with 8gb SSD) for around £200 earlier in the year when they last had a sale.

I have this and trust me if you use that dedicated GPU for anything than youtube videos it will get hot alright, so much so that it will auto-shutdown after 10min.

£175 total for laptop with i5 cpu, 8gb ram, 1tb hard drive, 2gb 8720m gpu, usb 3
was astonished when it arrived looked brand new and also 1 year warranty
would definetely recommend

Bought inspiron from them last week and was suprised how good it looks.Had an original protecting film on sides and battery life is around 4h and delivered next day also 1 year warranty

If there not activated most likely you will have to pay for a genuine operating system.
