Reminder that operating systems are not included with these laptops. Although I have brought a few and they all had a windows on them...maybe I was just lucky!

Just to add that I ordered a Dell 6410 on the 23rd Dec and it was delivered next day - very impressed with service.
The laptop is in very good condition - like new (small scratch on back of lid but nothing major).
Even though it stated no operating system, mine came with windows 7, which I activated the upgrade to 10. The battery lasts for a couple of hours, which again exceeded my expectations as I have bought 2nd hand IBMs before and the battery only lasted 20 mins!
Thanks to the OP as this has been excellent value for money and I will certainly be using MCS for my next Dell!

Just to add to earlier comments on the quality of items, the venue 8 pro I received looked like it could have just rolled off the production line. Astonishingly clean and tidy, thanks again to the OP! I'll be keeping an eye on the site as a general all round Dell fiend.

Price is way more expensive than Black Friday 30% on the same website. I think the prices on all items are put up in general.

Where do I buy a 'Windows product key' (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx)?
We have had 3 refurb Venue tablets from MCS Technology over the last few weeks and all have been excellent and in pretty much pristine condition. If their laptops are as good would definitely recommend.
They do Windows 10 for £10 (seems appropriate!) with the tabs, maybe something similar with laptops?
Top service too with tracked next day delivery.

Smartcards are used for authentication by the NHS and others - saves username/password entry time or can supplement it for more security by two factor authentication.
Not much use to you without a Smartcard ...

I've bought lots of things from MCSCOM. Good folks, anytime I had any issue they were excellent. They once shipped a lappie and it came with no PSU, mailed them and it was in the post next day. Good gear, good pricing, good service.

After my Amazon Warehouse non-working-laptop-not-such-a-bargain-afterall disappointment, I thought I'd have a look at this deal. Definitely should be unexpired as loads still available and great prices (so teenage son tells me) but the lack of an operating system is putting me off. Need to add vat to the advertised price plus the cost of Windows and suddenly it seems simpler not to bother. Sigh.
Have some heat anyway as it's a great deal for someone.
Edited to say - whoops, can't add heat after all as it's wrongly expired. Soon as some Mod fixes it I'll definitely add heat.

Good prices. I can't figure out what the "smart card reader" is though, and whether you can have one and a WWAN card installed at the same time. Anyone know? Also, I can't quite decide if the Core M version is worth the extra money over the i5...
Lots of latitude laptops still available (see my link in op). Can someone please unexpire?

I can also recommend them. Bought i7 Inspiron with 1Tb 8gb and dedicated 2gb graphics for £200 (inc VAT and delivery) and 1 year warranty couple of weeks ago and the laptop came in a very good condition with battery lasting 3-4h. This came with the incorrect power supply but after a quick email they have sent me the correct one. So great after sales as well.

This seems like a good one - we have them at work - very good business build quality.
Good screen res - not quite HD but good quality panels.
Add in an SSD and it becomes a nice package for £300 ish. Maybe a future RAM upgrade too.
Also the i5 Venue Pro tablet for about £190 delivered:
