Only a good deal if you don't have a clue about batteries.
Like it has been posted many a time in other deals, near all alkaline batteries perform the same, so very little difference from the pack of 8 you can buy from Wilko for less than a quid. There is a chart flying around which pretty much proves this.
Seriously guys just go to poundland, they have 8 AA or AAA Kodak Xtralife for £1. Great batteries that last ages and are far better value for money. They also have all other sizes too in £1 packs.

It was working for a few hours after it stopped working briefly. Reports are some stores not honoring it. It's meant to be £8 as it's bogof in store.

never been a problem getting cheap duracel off eBay, and wouldn't gladly spend a few quid more to avoid putting a foot inside PC World.
