Looking to replace my lost phone and came across this. Seems like a cracking deal for a cracking phone. Not too convinced the S6 is 50% better to justify the upgrade given battery and camera.
Also can't think of phones which are better. Thoughts appreciated.

Personally would stretch for a brand new LG G4.

How can this possibly be hot when for £60 more you can get a new LG G4, IMO the best phone money can buy right now
Although the S6 and the Lg4 may have a slightly better camera

I've been very unimpressed with the build quality of my galaxy s5... can't wait to get out of contract and get rid!

i have the same problem, one of the most SH*** phones on market, my battery went berserk after 2 months - got it replaced, then the phone started to freeze, updated the software, the reception is worst. never again samsung.

Has anyone bought a argos refurbished phone? What's the difference? Is it a customer return? What's the condition like?
Thanks

Ive not bought a phone. But I have bought a tablet. You really do pay your money and take you chance with Argos refurbs. You can get a very good one. or you can get one that doesn't work at all. If the item doesn't work they don't offer a replacement. But you do get your money back - eventually. Personally, I don't think the refurbs are that much cheaper than the "new" ones and I'd save my pennies up for and extra few days and avoid the refurbs all together.

Love my S5 nothing wrong with build quality, the back is thin when its off but so what? The only irritation for my is the silver paint coming off the charging cover, no big deal easily replaced if need be and doesn't affect waterproofing
Got an S5 after getting sick of my Xperia Z1 which I hated, felt better but terrible stupid screen plastic sticker glued on (yes I know you can peel it off but...), the camera was terrible imho never liked the colours, focus etc despite tinkering.
This is waterproof, sd card, may get marshmallow (unified storage, finally!) and replaceable battery. Unlike Sony waterproof means waterproof, I got some great pics of the family at center parcs.
Unless Samsung make the S7 waterproof and give it back sd card support back ill not be buying another one from Sony nor Samsung!!
I'll say this is hot as its a very under rated phone for what you're paying for it.

Yes the s6 may well feel more premium in the hand but doesn't everyone put their phones in a case these days?!

No. Personally I hate cases. They bulk out the phone about 50% more thickness, they are expensive (for a good quality one) and the ones I have seen used just collect dirt. It also hides the design of the phone. I don't see the point in choosing a phone then hiding it away in a case. I much prefer a simple skin front and back. Invisible and extremely low profile.

Sorely tempted by this, but can't quite pull the trigger.....

Using my s5 to type this and love the phone but really fancy an s6 just as people said no sd and you cant change the battery, not that its a mega issue but its annoying
