I've seen a post on Steam that you can get the 20% off Halloween Discount and the 30% off loyalty that's 50% off a brand new game and they did a big update yesterday with this pool hall stuff - social pool or something?
I have already bought it but thought its worth a share if its good for you - the reviews for the Steam version are good - here' is the post I found that its £5?? BARGAIN! From the responses on forum I don't think the devs meant to do this

Ignore pure pool and virtual pool, they pale in comparison.

Reviews on steam are pretty good - better than the X1 version.
Head to the store is your best bet, you only get the loyalty discount if you own the original pool nation. But if you like pool its worth a punt

Not keen on Pool Nations mouse control. Much prefer Virtual Pool where the speed you move the mouse denotes the power with which you strike the ball. Far more immersive IMO.

It's really good, but I wish they'd release the Snooker DLC they keep hinting at.

Never mind - you need to purchase original Pool Nation - which is pretty cheap elsewhere (I just bought a key for just under a pound. It's now showing as 4.49

Mrs purchased 2 copies for us the other day. Really, really good. Can't fault the snooker. Waiting for the UK pool to be added!

Confused, i can get it for £5 but i don't get why i've got the loyalty discount (apart from the obvious :wink: ).
