Before anyone says it, It is not a Vestel so dont get your pants in a twist.
Currently got a supposed saving off £1004. Was 1500 a few months ago and then dropped to 1300 few week back. Special Promo this week.
They also have an offer in the 65 inch for 1999
As well as having an offer on the 55CR852 which is the flagship model for Panasonic, barring the OLED. Down to £1500 with 10% off both this and the 65 inch model for both.
Both have the new Firefox System
For those who may have issue with he feet being too wide try this, i use one for my CX802 and it is fantastic
Yes you can tell which models are made by Vestel as it says 'Assembled in Turkey" on the manufacturer's label on the back of the tv and on the box. Genuine Panasonics say made in Czech Republic. I have not seen any of their models made anywhere else. The only time to worry is if Vestel build a factory in the Czech Replublic lol.
Personally I don't think companies should be allowed to market goods that are not their own. It's misleading the customer. There will still be plenty of people out there who think they are getting a bargain top brand named tv whilst completely ignoring the Bush or Polaroid tv next to it which come from the same factory. Not everyone researches on the internet and people like my dad would just go and buy one of these not realising it isn't what it is claimed to be. He would buy it because it says Panasonic on the front. It's just wrong. If Panasonic cannot compete at the budget end of the market then they shouldn't bother to compete at all and stick to what they are good and profitable at. All they are doing is disrespecting their own brand by outsourcing the whole product. Can you imagine if companies like BMW outsourced their 1 series because it wasn't profitable for them to make any more and it was made by Chugga Chugga cars in China. It's no different. There would still be people out there who think they have a top brand at a bargain price and that is wrong. Unfortunately it's not illegal but it should be.

Guessing he means for gaming, which is how long it takes a action to show on screen. Does not affect anything apart from gaming

Disappointed its not a Vestel. Are you really sure lol. Joking apart I was having a look at the Vestel made CX400 4k tv in 55" format in Currys on Sunday and it had a very very good picture. Maybe they got Panasonic to make that one because the A300 'Panafoney" next to it was absolutely terrible.

Panasonic have come under stick for 'supposedly' offloading the lower end sets to be made by Vestel and have had critism of there quality, the only models that supposedly aren't made in house are the 300 and 400 range

Check out the A300B in Currys. It has a Panasonic badge on the front but that's the only thing that is Panasonic. The television is made by Vestel in Turkey as are the 400 range. The 300 is terrible. It has really bad motion blur even when on the HD usb stick it's running on in the Currys store.
Vestel are known for making low value products such as Bush, Technika, Digihome, Luxor, Hitachi, JVC, Polaroid and Toshiba. Some of these names were quality manufacturers of electrical products 20 years ago but now they are made by Vestel as are the cheap end Panasonic range. I wouldn't thank anyone for a 300B but the CX400 4k I thought was quite a nice television. Obviously they are using a top panel in the one I saw in Currys but I would never ever buy any tv from Currys due to their shortcomings on warranties. At least if you go to Richer Sounds they will show you a tv linked to their sky system and you will see what it's like on SD programmes which is how most of us watch tv.

I don't think there's anything supposedly about it, there's no doubt that those models are made by Vestel for Panasonic. Hardly a surprise when there's so little profit in the budget end of the TV market, let some other mug make it for you. Badging other manufacturers products is nothing new of course.
