Once you factor in the 5 year guarantee & 15% Quidco I think it's a great price for an excellent TV.

Just about to buy this - where have you seen it cheaper? Quidco not guaranteed etc..

I've got this tv and can recommend it highly! the menu can be a tad slow but hopefully this will be resolved with a firmware update! magic remote is amazing as well!

Do you have a link Dwl99. I cant find a LG 49UF850V anywhere on Richer Sounds website or Dabs.

No, sorry, I may have given duff information, I just did a quick & dirty search on the model number on HUKD to check that it hadn't already been posted. So that makes this an even better deal :stuck_out_tongue:

If you mean the one from Wednesday's email, it's the 49 UF690V, not the 850:
I managed to get the £399 deal for the 50" hisense 4k which i'm going to put in the bedroom....it will be interesting to compare the two and see if the LG was worth the extra cash!

Any thoughts on this one compared to the Samsung UE50JU6800 that's £688 with the 5 year warranty? I really don't think the inch difference will bother me (ooh er) but I'm a bit lost when it comes to TV's.

The Sammy doesn't have 3D, I don't know if that's important to you
