Will you get TCB if you use the discount code I wonder?
Looks like a decent spec for what appears to be a nice compact (or is that Compaq) ultrabook. Heat from me.

I've gone through TCB and used the code. Will have to see if it works or not!

I'm assuming you'd void the warranty swopping out the original ssd for a higher capacity one. So does anyone know if these are expandable, ie., can you add a second ssd?

If there is a label saying warranty void if removed then yes. If not then it shouldn't affect your warranty so long as there isn't clear evidence you damaged it in the process.

No network socket by the looks of things, maybe that's normal on ultrabooks these days?
Otherwise it looks like a decent ultrabook for the price.

Yeah, you don't get them on laptops like this very often anymore.

OK thanks, not a real problem as it's clearly meant to be portable. Tempting and I have no need or requirement for one whatsoever

It's a real shame there are so few reviews of this on the net to determine how good a deal this really is

Hah, agreed, tempted but really don't need it, and I'm holding out for the Surface Book anyway.

Been on the look out for something slim and cheapish. Wasn't really willing to pay £700+
Will see what its like when it arrives.

Now look at the pricing for something comparable from Dell/Lenovo/Apple...(XPS13/X1Carbon/Macbook Pro) you'll need to add on another £300

Thanks for a useless post; why isn't this a deal worth considering ? £600 for a lightweight very portable reasonably powerful laptop?
Without context its like saying £10,000 for car you must be joking..
