Are you guys all making sure to disable Fallout's in-game v-sync, unlock the frame-rate, and then enable v-sync in Nvidia/AMD control panel?
Makes a huge difference. I went from 50-60fps (locked at 60) to 110fps locked.
Also turn down god rays, they don't make a massive aesthetic difference, but it's very resource intensive.

It's a shame the consoles can't do 1080p at 60 fps on a consistent basis. That really should be the standard. I keep saying it, the PS4 and Xbox are way under powered.
Have to agree with others though, 40 fps drops is hardly unplayable. PC owners also benefit from being able to play around with settings to get the desired frame rate.

Great find. Personally never had an issue with CDKEYS. And truly weary of InstantGaming with the controversy surrounding HiPay and the need to send photo id for the initial PayPal use.

The reason behind this is because they were active on /r/GameDeals but then banned and currently active on HUKD. By changing their prices up and down they are continuously visible on HUKD every few days.
