Change 'Warehouse Options' to 'EU'
Near top right of page change the 'Ship to' option to UK and the currency to '£ GBP'. Or of course any other appropriate country/currency.
It may still show as £48+, but add to cart and it should then drop to the deal price.

Honestly, if you need instructions to work out this deal, a doogee is probably not for you.
Perhaps consider an iPhone.

I suggest you learn to read what it actually says on website before ordering.
It says despatched within a set number of days - not delivered in the set number of days.
If it said despatched within 1-2 days it means they post it out within that time period, then you have to wait for how ever long the couriers take to deliver it. Which when paying such a low price is unlikely to be a next day delivery service.

Screen res is 1280x720, not Full HD in case anyone is interested. Great price though.
