I actually bought a bottle of this 2 or 3 weeks ago after seeing it on offer at Asda. With it costing £9 I thought it'd be a good bottle, and given it was £14.50 initially I thought it might be a very good one and I'd treat myself.
Perhaps I was just unlucky, but it was shocking. Perhaps it was corked, or that particular bottle was off, but it was so bad that I forced myself to drink 1 glass, poured another (which I threw away), then threw out the other half of the bottle. If I'd kept the receipt I'd have taken it back half empty and asked for a refund.
Now perhaps I got a bad bottle, but I think I'll be buying full priced £5-6 bottles in future and keeping the receipt!

If it's corked u can take it back without a receipt- I've done this before arguing it's unreasonable to keep a receipt for several months for wine. One time the customer services person was reluctant to refund me so I asked to speak to the store manager - they were too busy so they simply instructed I get my refund...
