Stay away from those no-name brands. Get an Oinko instead!
And yes it will run kodi like millions of other devices - even my very old (soon to be replaced) android 4.0.4 tv box runs Kodi - just that it takes ages to do anything but when it eventually does it's ok

Whats kodi like as a Media player i have wd live and i love it and brings up the information for each film.
