Mine took 9 days to arrive, no import charges and upgraded to Windows 10 no problem. Great little machine.

Having said that, for around the same price you can get a similar spec tablet with the same functionality with the added bonus of being a tablet.

I got one of these on the previous deal arrived in a few days. Installed Windows 10 32bit and it runs great!. Going to order another at this price such a bargain.
