It is illegal to sell the TV box with addons installed (from the uk that is), but a simple download of TVMC, which is kodi with all the popular addons as per the following link TVMC

If you require a "fully loaded" box check out GUMTREE where undoubtedly there will be a local seller offering various boxes for you to pickup direct, cash in hand. Search "Android TV box"

most if not all will be pre-installed with Genesis,but the specs our really bad and that reflects in the price.If you do buy make sure when you come out of a movie or program,shut that program or movie down first because you'll quickly lock the box and it'll need re-flashing ASAP.
