PvP is the weakest part of this game IMO but that why it has a broad appeal - it suits a variety of gaming tastes...
I've put soooo many hours into this game and the previous 2 expansions but I'm still bitterly upset at the pricing of the DLC alone - £40 for 1 add-on to the faithful who have already paid £80 when noobies get the game plus all 3 add-ons for £30...? Great for newcomers but a massive kick in the happy sack to their loyal fanbase :disappointed:
Disgusting behaviour and I won't give them any more of my cash, despite this being a great deal (heated) :man:

best game ever... Don't know why people say about the repetiveness... story mode lasts at least 10 hours now with all the content included and then you have crucible with quite a few maps, strikes, patrols, arenas, raids! if all of that isn't worth £30 I don't know what is. up to you if you wanna be repetitive after you've completed it all to upgrade characters, personally I just like playing PvP now

nope. It's just that it is an expansion. They always drop quickly as the existing players buy on launch so the demand is only for new players. Throw in its on a next gen console which still have a relatively small player Base compared to previous generations and yeah, this happens

Just Play Warframe! If you can get into that you should like Destiny, however Warframe offers way cooler guns and better special powers on charitors. Warframe is free and everything can be unlocked witout paying for it! The game also gets contiunuous updates which really improves the story line and play ability.
I started play Warframe on PC when it was beta and have now just started playing on PS4 and it is really well done now. The game is fast placed which makes the repitition easier to cope with over Destiny.

Completely agree, I've played about 10-15 hours which is more than you expect from most games these days and I'm yet to hit any repetitiveness. I love it personally.

this game is marmite on a disc... I bought and sold this game within 3 days, I'd advise you try before you buy

The Taken King expansion makes it better but it is still very much Rinse and repeat. I like it but you need to put lots of hours into it to get the most out of it which for me is too much especially with the games coming out over the next few months.

PvP is excellent but after story its a bore, the raids never kept me interested and took too long and too much walking/jumping about to get a chest! Yet to try Taken King but refuse to buy the entire game again when I already own the Collectors edition!!

I second this - considering the season pass got you two pretty subpar "expansions" im never getting a season pass or giving bungie any money ever again...
