Lophole from previous thread - credit Luvclub
"You could exchange as many times as you want as long as the sales assistant don't recognise you. Last November I exchanged £40 Entertainment vouchers 5 or 6 times and used them to purchase console games/bluray. However it is not possible to use more than one voucher in one transaction.
There was also a loophole in the T&C which allowed you to get around the promotion expiry and unused vouchers expiring. If you have unused vouchers and don't have anything to purchase just yet then use it to purchase something which is the same value as the voucher. Best to do this on the final day of the promotion. You would then have an additional 28 days to exchange the unused item for something that you would really want even if it is after the end of the promotion. If you really have no use for it then just ask for a refund and they would refund the original points that were used to exchange for the voucher. "

if you return the goods don't they just refund to you as a gift card? they did with me at easter and I could then spend on anything

that's interesting because I purchased something a while ago using nectar points and it was faulty. Took it back for a rend of points but they said that they couldn't do that and refunded cash instead even when I said I wanted the points put back on my card

It's not exactly a loophole, I exchanged my points for 3 £40 vouchers in one go with the same person. You just can't get more than £40 per voucher, but you can get more than 1 £40 voucher for the same department.

Not hot from me ever as Tesco clubcard points are not only worth twice as much to start off with but then you can double up as many as you want on a single purchase whereas this deal give you for example up to £20 of fa £400 Tv- hardly something to write home about.

Who the hell wants to shop in that hell-hole anyway where everything is already twice overpriced, so your points aren't worth anymore than the Nectar!

I don't really consider collecting Nectar points anymore since they reduced the points you get per pound spent and prefer cash back sites. Tesco have now reduced the points you get for shopping other than at Tesco. Good deal if you do collect Nectar points though.

The current fuel promotion is an excellent chance to collect points, 10 points per litre.
I agree that shopping at sainsburys is hardly worth it for the points these days.
