Overclockers seem to be immune from needing delivery added. It's really odd because you forget it in a Scan deal and it'll be voted freezing, despite free delivery with them being much easier to obtain!

Not a fan of Overclockers myself, but what's the issue with this card? It's only the previous gen card almost flagship card, surely not bad?

Nvidia cards will suffer under dx12 / windows 10 titles. You are better off ti wait and see which brand benefits the most.

They have bought clearance stock in of last gen cards in bulk from manufacturers. This card beats the 970 in most benchmarks, but uses a bit more power and has 3GB rather than the 3.5GB plus 0.5GB that the 970 has. For most people the £70 saving for a card that is about as good is a sensible option, though personally I am still waiting for the next gen to appear unless a mega deal appears.
Free delivery is available to anyone who can be bothered posting in the forums a bit for OCUK. I got into a couple of chats in some threads about 4 years ago and have had a fair few free deliveries on the back of it.

You're not wrong, but it wouldn't be best used for just running benchmarks. A 970 does perform better in games, comparable to a 780 ti. I would agree that this is a good saving to make for a new(old) card such as the 780, but I feel it may be better to wait like you're doing, or look at the newer cards now. It probably won't be too long before the deals come along again with the new gen on the way.
