I'm usually up for this sort of stuff but wasn't THAT the reason people were getting banned on the 360? :disappointed:

People were allegedly banned because we were using a loop hole to download from a marketplace which didn't exist, IE Oman.
The X1 works differently from the 360 as in it is region free and we can switch marketplace at the drop of a hat.
I have claimed GWG from other regions, consistently bought from the US and am now dabbling with Hungary.
When I had issues with logging into FC4, I spoke to chat who even asked me why I used a different region to buy from than the one Im in. Thought, great, this is gonna get flagged. There was no warning, my account is still active and I still continue to purchase and abuse the region free capabilities that Microsoft have enabled us to do.

I directed people to power star golf last year. It got slated with comments saying you're gonna get banned. Still here :-) bought from multi regions and snapped up gwg when they differ due to licensing. I was informing people Max was free last month in Japan. No one interested and that was a great game. Don't think you'll get much interest for Loco though.

I appreciate what you're saying and I've been purchasing from other regions for months.
This is different though. It's getting a game for free that you shouldn't have access to.
