I don't see how it's ever an issue? I have an hdmi auto switch box. 5 sockets. cost like £8...
With 2 of them you'd have 10 sockets on this TV
I've always been under the impression this kind of thing loses quality, even with a powered box.
I pass most of my HDMI inputs through my amp and don't notice a difference but I'm not sure how an £8 box would compare with a £600 amp.
Do you actually have one and if so what do you reckon?
