I ONLY shop at Lidl - here's why,

I've done taste tests on my sons who are 13 and 8 and Lidl wins hands down.
The Best Meats you can buy and cheaper than most supermarkets
The Best Chicken Kievs
The Best Fruit and Veg
Fresh bread is awesome and cheap
Potatoes (speciality whites) make the best chips
Greek style yoghurt, cheap oats and granola for breakfast yum
Greek yogs are lovely
Cottage cheese is amazing
prawns awesome
lidl.s pizzas amazing - 3 for £2 approx

W5 washing up liquid cheap and better than fairy
W5 Bleach and cleaning products awesome
proper bin bags on sale
usually good deals on booze - the cheap chardonnays are great too
fresh orange is lush
eggs are reliably fresh
Bacon and Sausage very cheap but good quality
fish (salmon fillets) are the best
olive oil a steal, and is great
lemon cake is lovely if you can ever find it
energy drinks taste better than lucozade

the tinned tuna is lovely and you can tell straight away it's better quality

the chilli con carne sauce is lovely (Batts) get the hot &get some kidney beans some cheap tinned tomatoes -the lidl own brand boil in the bag rice- turkey mince, 2 onions and slow cook it - - best Chilli ever!!!

I even bought my chip fryer at lidl and it's great too

Surely you would have to buy the whole shop to spend £40.

It is local English, an older matured brain determines this as meaning, "Can you use this £5 off voucher for purchase of fireworks."

Genuinely, I don't think the price of my shopping has ever hit the £40 mark at lidl. Heat added tho for all you big spenders
