I've voted hot because it's a good price in the here and now but can I add my twopence worth please?
I bought a one of these generic Chinese made mowers from a large DIY chain, I got four years or more out of it before it stopped running, I suspect it was the carb but could never prove it because no-one woujld look at it. The reason they gave was that because the parts are generic and unbranded even if they found the fault they couldn't get the parts to repair them so in fact they could charge me for spending time diagnosing the fault but still couldn't fix it, in short it wasn't cost effective from my point of view.
They all said that fix machines they haven't sold but they need to see a Briggs & Stratton engine or something similar so that they know they can get the parts.
So, I'll get to my point, buy this at fifty quid and it's worth it for a year already, any longer and it's a bonus, get the four years or so I did and you're on to a winner but just keep it at the back of your mind that if it packs up after a little more than a year it might be difficult to get repaired.
Just sharing my personal experience without trying to sound too preachy!

98.5cc!! That's got to be a typo...I got 85km/h out of a 50cc scooter.....grass should be done in no time

I'd almost buy at this price just incase I come up with an imaginative project for the engine!
