For the same reason he's talking about a 4K Sony Android TV on a Vestel thread...

These are 100% Vestel. They also make Toshiba, Hitachi, JVC, some Sharp and a host of supermarket own brand sets.
While there's nothing wrong with Vestel TV's its wrong for premium manufacturers to but their name on them and mislead the customer into thinking they're purchasing a premium product. A proper Panasonic made TV will be vastly superior to anything Vestel produce. I've seen inside a lot of Panasonic TV's and number of Vestels and there is no comparison. Vestels are build with cheapness in mind with cheap components often running at their technical limits, which is why they fail so often. Panasonic TV's, even their cheapest models are over engineered with quality components with longevity in mind.

Go for the Samsung, this is no better quality than a supermarket own brand TV.
Ahh, if I could get a new TV right now I think THIS would be it. Great deal!!!

Not bothering with plastic TV's as have just sold the Sony 50" Android W80C posted here a couple of weeks ago and to which i succumbed and bought one from Amazon. I was not impressed with it. Will look at quality 4K next year and it will not be a Sony.
