Freedom Pop is a mobile operator now available to everyone in the UK. They are similar to Ovivo, but appear to be going about things the right way by previously operating in the USA, and also raising large amounts of funding.
Great for light or emergency use.
Make sure to:
Ensure all the boxes in the shopping cart are unticked - namely the Premium Voice Trial option in the Basic 200 package that is ticked by default

I believe they are using Three. You get to choose a mobile number from a selection of numbers at checkout too!
Their website says they've been operating in the USA for a number of years and they have been backed by one of the founders of Skype.
