For those that haven't come across O2 Refresh, this is a product where the handset cost (e.g. iPhone) is split from the airtime tariff (minutes, text, data).
YOU CAN PAY OFF THE HANDSET COST AT ANY TIME (inc. immediately after buying, you can then choose to either cancel the airtime tariff agreement or continue by just paying this monthly charge - effectively a SIM only rate).
The pricing for the refurbished iPhone 6 Plus is based on you paying off the handset cost immediately and ending the airtime contract.
The handsets are currently available in all three colours (Gold, Space Grey, Silver) and sizes (16 GB, 64 GB, 128GB). There doesn't appear to be any pricing variation based on colour chosen.
The best price for the various sizes are,
16 GB - £379.99 (£139.99 upfront + 24 x £10)
64 GB - £449.99 (£209.99 upfront + 24 x £10)
128 GB - £509.99 (£149.99 upfront + 24 x £15)
Please remember, you must pay off the 24 month cost for the handset and cancel the airtime agreement to get the prices above. Any calls, texts and data you use before cancelling will incur a charge.

People are asking the same questions or saying the prices aren't coming up without reading the comments so hopefully this post will help as it's getting a bit repetitive and tedious, no offence intended.
1. Follow the link or go to O2.CO.UK
2. Select the relevant phone
3. Select SHOW TARRIFS
4. Select SHOW MORE
5. Find the tarrif with the corresponding UP FRONT COSTS from the OP (DO NOT worry about the monthly cost, they will not match the OP pricing)
6. At the bottom it will clearly state the device plan cost (which should match the OP) ***THE REASON FOR THIS IS THE AIRTIME CAN BE CANCELLED WITHOUT CHARGE***
7. Receive phone in post/pick up phone
8. Request unlock code (I advise against turning on phone or using the sim)
9. Call up and cancel airtime and pay off device plan ***AFTER THE UNLOCK CODE IS RECEIVED***
10. (OPTIONAL) Cancel the DD for the airtime and device plan. This will remove the chance of O2 incorrectly charging you for the airtime contract, which has happened in a few unfortunate cases.

That's what I read when these "deals" first started being posted for o2 refresh. It clearly states you can cancel the whole contract both parts or switch your phone not cancel one part and keep the phone. Thus making this less of a deal and more of a scam to get a phone at a reduced rate than it would be on PAYG from o2.
People have commented on other "deals" they were charged a few weeks after cancelling @£29*24 and had hassle getting it refunded. o2 are more than entitled to do this and put a black mark on your credit and ban you from future contracts as by following this process you are breaching terms and conditions and trying to blag a phone discount that's only applied as part of an on going airtime contract!
Yes it might work in theory but noteably only if done manually via the phone. Just remember that because the system allows it to be put through doesn't mean it's permitted. What it's actually supposed to do is allow you to pay off the phone so you can immediately purchase another and continue your airtime contract.
When it's a rubbish phone they want rid of they probably don't mind but when its a more recent model they'll be more likely to pursue you for the entire contract agreed upon, as by not returning the phone you are technically under contract, even if big Jane from customer service says otherwise, she is just doing what the computer allows at the time.

I've not voted either way but I'm quite sure there was a deal posted yesterday for the iPhone 6 Plus 64GB version, brand new from SmartFoneStore for £450.

I got a refurb iPhone on an EE deal and put the serial number into Apples warranty checker and it's showing as just less than a year left. I checked this with an Apple Store and they have said if that's what the checker is saying it's correct.
This refurb comes with a 3 month warranty, so you don't have to worry about anything going wrong.

I can't see where the £10 tariff is - the only one with £209 up front is £30 odd

The £29pm is the airtime charge (pay up the device plan and cancel this so you wont have to pay any of this). The monthly charge for the handset is £10 (on the same line where the upfront charge is listed).

When the tariffs come up, select show more and then select the 10GB tariff (as an example for 128GB device) with the £149.99 upfront. The device plan will show you the £15 monthly device plan. Similar steps for the other two sizes.

So is the idea I ring up and cancel the £29 a month sim, and they charge me 24x £10 for the rest of the handset?
