Decent price but be warned the motherboard is super low end and not very good like most of these pre-built PCs.

It's still perfectly fine for gaming. A high end motherboard will only give you overclocking and extra expandability. My gaming system has a similar board.

New to Pc's.
Could you then change the motherboard and fit another graphics card or overclock it?
Can you change the motherboard then to overclock it or add Gpu's/Ram etc?

Building it yourself at least you know what you're putting in it
The PSU is good which is the main thing though. This is the next best thing to building it yourself

A motherboard can hold back a system enormously. I used to run an FX8350 on a Asrock 970 Extreme 3 and the board held it back so much. Tried the same setup with a Crosshair V and it was an incredible difference.
This is awesome, it would be no to dissimilar from what i would i build, i'd have a slightly better mother board and a small ssd too though. Don't be afraid of the price, its a well picked out machine. 970 will blast through any game in 1080p

£1 more for a 120GB SSD, I think its worth it.
