NOT SURE why O2 was mentioned here. I thought it was with EE?. I would be happy if it was on O2 as I could then use my GiffGaff SIM. Can anyone clarify please. If its locked to EE is the phone double locked (like tesco) or easy to unlock?

It is locked as I put a Lyca sim in and it asks for a network lock control key
I got it delivered to my dad's work and he says it was there before he got there and it was Royal mail
