HSPA+ is not ancient technology. It will happily stream Full HD content whilst doing other things simultaneously. Now I'm not sure how you use your phone, but I very much doubt you EVER max out your 3G connection....let alone fully utilise a 4G connection.
But I'm glad there are people out there with your philosophy. You help subsidise the infrastructure that I'll eventually switch to using :smiley:

mate, I've had a few of their products and their (Prestigio) support service would leave you hanging yourself. good prices but I've never had to fight so hard for recompense in their faulty handset.

They pretty much single handedly 'MAKE' ALLLLLLL the World's USB Internet Dongles out there? + MAJOY 'Phone Manufacturers' like EARLY Samsung Phones & the like used to 'outsourse' ALL the hardware components part out to this Company!, then 're-Brand' it all as Samsung & the like?.
So you may NOT have a clue who they are? lol .. BUT, they've been around for donkey Years still ..... lol. :-)

Just install a new "launcher" from the app store. Nova launcher is the one I use because it is fast and you can customize it though loads are available and many for free
