Just bought Axa landlord insurance for £108 incl. accidental damage, Rental income including service charges.
cover
excess
Damage caused by fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft -£0
Damage caused by flood- £200
Damage caused by subsidence, ground heave or landslip- £1,500
All other damage - £100
My current insurance was not due till march but managed to cancel without and panelties. Quidco cash back of £95 so £13 for the year.
This £95 cashback offer expires soon so hurry up. Morethan gives £95 cash back but did not try getting a quote as I am currently with them.

Did you have to enter your bank details on Quidco? I've just looked as fab deal but it has asked for my bank details and i've not had that before? Thanks

I have been a quidco member since 2006. So far I have earned over £2800 in cashback. I have my bank account detail saved and also few credit card numbers registered with them for in-store cashbacks. I was like you bit reluctant initially giving my bank account details and gave them my student bank account detail. But never had any issues. Millions are members and I cannot recommend quidco high enough. Go ahead and register I am sure you would be fine. I think you can register with your paypal account. They donot send cheques for your cashbacks.

I'd be more than happy for you to enter my bank details if you're worried about entering yours.

Me too. They pay sometimes bit more but CS no where near Quidcos. I had couple of missing cashbacks with quidco that became successful last October but did not get paid. So had a chat with one of the CS agents and Quidco paid me the money even before they get it from the companies responsible. Quidco is superb!!!

Was this for a house ? I tried them a few years ago for flat cover and they said no flat coverage. Maybe theyve changed policy?
