The Complete Works of Jane Austen includes all six novels, and Austen's shorter works; Lady Susan, The Watsons, Sandition, and her complete Juvenilia. Jane Austen is famous for her six novels, Sense and Sensibility, Pride and prejudice, Mansfield Park, Emma, Northanger Abbey, and Persuasion. Her works of romantic fiction, set among the landed gentry, earned her a place as one of the most widely read writers in English literature. Her realism, biting irony and social commentary as well as her acclaimed plots have gained her historical importance among scholars and critics.

A lot of the public domain books are altered over the years and quite a few have the American spellings or vocabulary substituted over time (even the Barnes & Noble hardback versions of classics favour the American spelling over the original)
Then of course various typos and formatting issues arise and these can be passed on like a bad photocopy. Most of the free ebooks are little more than .txt versions downloaded from Gutenberg and simply cobbled together with whatever supplements are freely available. Others take time to proof the text and curate something a little more refined. The only difference between a free copy and say the Penguin version is that the paid-for copy may have some especially written introduction or notes to justify the mark-up.
Either way, Boz should be commended for continuing to bring classic literature to the fore
If anyone is interested in 75p credit, you can buy this version for 25p and get £1 Amazon digital credit (valid on e-books, music downloads etc): https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B01FVAZ6DE/
