Is there a temp email I can send from?
This only let's u receive emails
Not sure i would let any company using a mail box in cyprus to access my mail even if it junk!

It is not something you link to your normal email account. This sort of service is an instantly disposable email address - use it for sites that require you to sign up to access them, but don't want any future communication with them. This gets you through the registration process, email authentication / validation links, use the site for what you want, the close it and forget all about it. Any future spam they send goes to a mailbox that no longer exists and they have none of your personal information.
